"If you need a car, you’re better off getting a car off marketplace. I’m paying 10x more than Kelly blue book value. My engine light came on less than 24 hours of having the car, but I had to pay for it to get fixed completely. They were trying to tell me it’d be thousands to fix. I switched jobs and they couldn’t even simply switch my paydays or have a monthly option upon buying the dumb car. I was so fed up with the company that I inquired about giving it back, but the only reason I kept it was because they were still gonna make me pay it. I’m not even allowed to be a single day late without worrying about them taking the car. They make it sound good during the buying process, but their warranties and rental car option with maintenance issues are terrible. They didn’t even mention that they would only pay for a rental car for the amount of time the labor is. The ONLY good thing about them is that they pay for oil changes and sales tax. With how much over value the cars are I’d much rather have low low payments and have to pay all of that myself. They screw you big time."
