"I went into the store the other night and asked one of the associates to run a diagnostic on my car without asking me any questions as to what was going on? What warning lights or anything were showing? He told me we can't do it. Because my check engine lights not on. He turned around and walked away. Mind you he never left the building and went to my car. I would like management to know that. I will never step foot again in your store. Because I went right on down the road to AUTO ZONE. And they were more than happy to help me solve my problem."

"The employees here are great. The problem is the antiquated website. I tried to place an online order for 3 parts on Christmas day to pick up on the 27th. The website processed the order and came back with a payment error. I deleted the card and reentered the payment card info. It came back with the same error, saying the info was incorrect. It did, however, do a hold to my account in the amount of $180 without generating an order or transaction number. Now they have my bank account hostage until January 2 for almost $200 and no parts to fix my car. The corporate office in Springfield was of no help, and the online order representative was rude. I will NEVER shop with them again."
