"I forgot to share my experience I had a couple weeks ago. The passenger window to my Jeep fell down. They said the whole modular broke and estimated me a costly fix which sounded right for this stupid Jeep. (Just Empty Every Pocket is what JEEP stands for). But these guys were stellar. Told me to bring it by and they would see about an easy fix. At this point, I was totally fine if they could get the window permanently up as I was in no hurry to spend that kind of money on a window fix. But they were able to get the window up for me, got it taped up well and recommended a rubber wedge I could use to help keep it up since the tape wouldn't last long. Fixing this was a huge favor to me and they really cared about my situation and that says a lot about this place who cares more for their customers than they do a potential job getting more money. They didn't have to bother offering me a quick solution to protect the inside of my vehicle from the weather but they did. I have always came to them for my repairs if i couldnt fix it and I will continue to go to them! Thanks for everything!"

"Recently found out. In Dec 2015 they rebuilt a transmission. The transmission went out again in Jan 2024. Upon taking it for repair we discovered they had left a rag between the transfer case and transmission and a 2nd rag in the transmission filter. It is a wonder that it lasted as long as it did. They are not standing behind the fact that they left detrimental items in the transmission. "Well, you got 8 years out of it." Which was 75K miles or less than 10k per year. They can't say how it occured or how long the transmission would have lasted had they not left 2 shop rags in it. It cost $2680 to have it fixed. The mechanic that fixed it kept the rag they found and the filter with the rag in it. I have pictures. Even Joplin Transmissions own mechanic said it should never have happened. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Fantastic service, courteous staff, professional work, and competitive prices. I've had quite a bit of work done here on multiple cars, including an engine replacement and lots of front end work. Everything was done properly with quality parts. They also do routine maintenance so definitely check them out even if all you need is an oil change."

"I would never do business at this outfit. They blatantly lied to me about what they would do for how much down to the speed input sensor. Im a DISABLED combat veteran and this business did me as dirty as possible. AFTER they got my truck they changed the price by $1500 and my truck had a huge dent ant 2 ft scratchin the bed. They did not offer anything for my truck damage and still made me give them 52$ to get my keys back. Biggest scammers Ive ever done business with."

"Took my van in for oil leak. They told me it was intake manifold leak. $800+. Ok, fix it. When I picked it up, would barely run. I told them about it immediately. They said it was that way when I brought it in. It ran fine when I brought it in They wanted to charge more to see what was wrong. I had to take it to another mechanic. They found several unhooked vacume lines. And one injector not connected. They had to failed to hook them up after repair. Also the oil leak they were supposed to fix is still there. Mechanic told me that there is no oil under intake manifold so the repair was not needed. I think they took advantage of me because I am a senior citizen. I have since found out they target seniors, as others have been taken advantage of. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JOPLIN TRANS."
