"I would love to give them no stars for service, I feel like one is more than they deserve being a 5 star service is a joke unless they bought their stars. They started working on my car the first part of Dec and here it is almost the middle of Feb and my car is not totally fixed. They say THEY WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK BUT THEY NEVER DO . As far as I am concered I wish the insurance company never heard of them they are a joke in service and customer service"
"Very disappointed in a5 star rated place it took over 5 weeks to fix my car and still not fixed. I got my car back with parts missing and didn't even tell me until I called them about it because I had to have my car checked out to see if my muffler was broken. They got the one star because my car was clean . I was told several times in order to get my car operational the guy had to buy the tail lights out of his own money poor business if you ask me. They keep telling me they are still looking for the part after 6 weeks when they could have taken that part off the old back bumper. They did offer for me to find the parts and purchase them and they would put them on which was already in their insurance estimate"
