"I bought a 2012 Ford escape from roper Kia on Sept 4 2019. Grant Conrad was my salesman. He told us our sales tax would only be about 400. Well it was 700.00. it took a month and half to get the title back so I could pay the taxes. There was a noise in the rear of the car so I called them the next morning and they told me that roper may not to have it fixed. So they finally got the car in and they had put bad tires on the bad tires on the back. So they made me pay for one of tires and it was not even my fault. But I believe it was bad business to treat a repeat customer this way just because they are elderly."

"They sold me a jeep for $8000 I told them from the start something was wrong with the transmission they had me bring it in and said they were going to have it checked and lies about it said it was fine. Well of course the warranty ran out and took it to a shop and the transmission has to be replaces or rebuilt and rebuilt is $2400. So being a single mother of 2 kids with special needs thank you roper you screwed me. All of my money goes to my kids with special needs so I have a $8000 paperweight thank you very much"
