"I had previously only gotten inspections here. Decided to get an oil change. They used a filter that was too small, so my car leaked oil. Not thinking there was an issue, I continued to drive it. Now my engine is wrecked. I learned a costly mistake. Probably not a common occurrence, but it sucked for me, and I'm not going back, except for maybe inspections."
"Got a state safety inspection done. I think I was there for about 25 - 30 minutes and I was done. Pretty fast considering their entire waiting area was filled with people. Thats a good sign in my book. Also was only 12 bucks. Even though they were busy, they were friendly and honest and took care of business. I was very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them in the future."
"Took my car in to get it inspected so I could get my tags renewed. 5 minutes afterwards they brought my car out of the shop, after opening up the hood. And now my check engine light is on my and engine is leaking oil. Took it to O’Reilly and they said it looks like they either tired to lift it up and hit the engine with the lift, or they slammed it into something while getting it into the garage. They do not need to look at your engine for a vehicle inspection, do not go here. They have no idea what they are doing. Fortunately I have pictures from the night before when I change my oil, and before I left the shop. Will be taking legal action."
"I needed my car inspection done and they got me in fairly quick. I ask them to check oil to see if I needed an oil change. A lot of places would have said that I should get it done, but I was told everything looked good and I had so many more miles before having to have it done! I appreciate a place that will be truthful and not take advantage of a handicap person!"
