"No waiting area, means you have to stand outside in the heat, or one old dusty and uncomfortable bench in the corner. Employees look and act like they could care less about your business. And there seems to be no real process for getting you your car back, they just pull it out in the middle of very busy parking lot traffic and park it there and walk off. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Not much of a “membership” experience."
"Affordable, easy, good service. Ordered tires at a competitive price and scheduled an appointment for installation online. We arrived a few minutes early, and the car was ready about an hour later. Staff were kind and efficient. Enjoyed ambling around the main warehouse and dining at the food court while we waited for the Tire Center's call."
