"Food was great. The service on the other hand, was horrible. Our waitress took about 15 minutes just to bring us our drinks. Then, she took another table's order before ours when they got there after us. After taking our order, our waitress never returned to our table. Another server brought us our food. We never saw our waitress again and never got any refills of our drinks. I also had to go up to the counter to ask for a box. This saddens me because it used to be such a good place to go when the original owners were there. It has gone severely down hill since they sold to the new owner. Also, about a month ago, I called about 6 times on Friday and 9 times on Saturday and never got an answer. I even went to the restaurant on the Saturday evening and it was not busy at all, so I do not understand why the phone calls were not being answered. I know I am not the only one that has experienced this, either."
"Food is awesome. Laurel M our server tho. Never checked on our table. Had to go get a refill ourselves. She said sorry but never checked on us afterwords. Actions speaks louder than words. "Sorry" Laurel M, no tip! But I coming back for the food. 10/10!"
"Went on a recommendation from a local, and it was great! Got the boneless wings with Sidewinders and it was delicious. Some of the best wings I've had--not too much breading and the sauce was super tasty. Server was Olivia, and she was super kind and conscientious."
"Found this place while working in Monett. Was very pleased!! The boneless wings are amazing... Tender, fried in a perfect amount of breading... And if you dare - The Wing of Fire is a solid hot sauce for those that can handle it. It's not so hot you can't enjoy eating it, but has a great kick to it."
