"I use to think they were great. Have bought lots of things on credit and always paid on time. Then I had them fix my dishwasher I told them I would pay the $209 bill in two payments. Paid the $109 first of march and middle of march I got a voicemail that I was behind on my payment. I just went in and paid the other hundred. I am DONE HERE! 8/27/21 UPDATE I have been trying to get in touch with Craig the owner for about 6 weeks now and he is never there. He will not call me back. The washer stopped working weeks ago and no communication at all. So I give up! I went to sears and bought a new washer and dryer, KENMORE! Stay far away from WHIRLPOOL All together!!! I went online and they say the washer I bought from Thorp's is the worst washer on the market. I plan to cut them up with my cutting torch and take them in for scrap. It is too bad Thorp's lost a good customer for life. I sure miss Jim's Appliance. Jim would have never treated a customer like this."
