"Extremely unreliable. They schedule a day (no time) and don't call so you wait around the campsite all day for them to either come after 4pm or just not show up (with no notification they aren't coming). Very long story short, we had a thermostat issue with our heat. We are full time RVers and called in March when it was still cold outside, fearing pipes might freeze at night. They came a total of 4 times, once bringing the wrong thermostat and couldn't get it wired right ("need a new one, it's on back order"). Thankfully it warmed up so we didn't need heat. Two months later we drove to Springfield and immediately found correct thermostat at RV supply store. Called Weekender again and they finally came. Couldn't get it to work and said it was a wiring issue. Scheduled for them to come and they were a no show (again). No call. Learned our lesson and called Dan's, who came and fixed Weekender's botched wiring job in an hour and a half. Oh, and they said they had 3 of the "back ordered" thermostats with them in their truck! Mind you, it's mid August by now. Do yourself a favor - save 5 months of wasted time and tons of headaches. Call Dan's first."

"Great people, great service. My family had arrived in campsite for a long weekend only to find out that the air wasn't working correctly. I called Weekender but they were booked up solid but they said they would try to work us in. They showed up the next day after I had already found the problem but they refused to take any money for a service call and was very polite."

"The Suburban water heater tank failed in our new Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel. I contacted Weekender RV Service and they had technicians at our location in about 3 hours. They bypassed the water heater so we would have water. They had to order a new water heater so it took 7 days for them to return and install it. The quick initial response and Professional attitudes of the staff would make me call them again if service is needed."
