"I bought a Coolster 125cc for my son several years ago. The only issue to date was that I had to buy a replacement starter switch. I've had zero mechanical problems. The key to keeping these machines running flawlessly is routine oil changes, fuel filter changes, and running non ethanol fuel. Other than a few minor carb adjustments here and there to maintain good idle, I've had no issues with my machine. I would buy again from 3D Powersports."

"Don’t make the same mistakes I did. My mistakes- expecting a brand new four wheeler to run properly when you purchase it. #2 mistake- signing the warranty information that states there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Also, that if you have problems, you have to pay labor and shipping for parts they need. They were up front with all of this and now I know why. Shame on me. #3 Wish I would have read customer reviews as well before buying too. Doesn’t sound like the first time this has happened. They said they were willing to look at it for me without any problem but I think I’ll keep my money in pocket. It’s inconvenient to have to find a way to get it up there and then not even know how much it might be to fix it. I am beyond frustrated that I even have to take it back up there to see why it won’t run properly. and then be expected to pay. Shame on me for not thinking about this when I purchased it. The four wheeler I purchased was a RPS. It idles but as soon as you give it gas, it dies. I won’t be doing any future business there based on this first experience."

"Once they make a sale with you, you can't get any further customer service. I've called several times and get the run through of taking down the customer's name and number and that they'll have someone get back to you and they never do. They're nice people, but it cancels that out when you literally cannot get any help after your purchase whatsoever. I personally will not shop here nor recommend them."

"I bought a new atv from them less than 2 weeks ago. It won't run, has a huge crack in the crankcase, and their response is bring it over and we will fix it. It literally has less than 5 miles on it...I asked for a replacement since I live so far away to just exchange it-was told he couldn't afford to do that. This place is a joke. In response to owners comment- I told you it was a 3 hour round trip that I would have to make twice. I had to borrow a truck and trailer to come and get it when I bought it. You expect me to do that 2 more times? Are you going to drive down to Lebanon and then back to bring it back to me? I would take a refund at this point to make it a one trip deal-still have not received any of my paperwork either by the way!!!!!"
