"Been going here since they opened, they have a couple employees that I love running into for sure. When I do it's always a hoot lol, they always help me find anything I'm looking for . They have a large selection of Carhartt everything, they have hooey hats , cowboy hats, hardware is far from scarce, generally this place has what I'm looking for when it comes to getting the job done . And their selection of canned or pickled food and their candy and soda selection is pretty well the biggest in sedalia."

"The cashiers had a stink attitude after i told them i am tax exempt. They gave me an excuse I never heard before. In verse of explaining to me that they had a different procedure than everybody else when it comes to farm tax exemption, they mouthed off on me . Customer service is surely non existent in that store. I asked for the manager and even she had a stink attitude. Needless to say, I will never shop there again. Bomgaars on the other hand treats me always with respect."

"2 ladies that run the cash register are very nice. Even the one that hasn’t been there very long. She was trying to find price for me on wooden post they have seeing how the price stickers was removed from the yellow tags on them and can’t read the writing on them. The guy that was running the customer service desk very rude frist off asked me if he could help me when told him I needed price on post outside he snapped she will have to help you I’m busy. When assistant manager came up he snapped to her to look it up one way when she went to say something to him he ignored her and went to the service desk. I told her loud enough for the 2 guys to hear me not to worry about seeing how people want to ignore her and not help her find the prices. Use to shop there on a regular after this I will not be back into their business"
