"This 5 star review is for Trish in Jewelry Department. I cannot figure out how to give her a review online. We were searching for an engagement ring in February and JCPenney was our second to last stop. Trish let us look and recommended a beautiful one but we did not immediately buy it until our last stop. We went to one more place and ultimately went back to JCPenney Sedalia to buy the beautiful ring from Trish. She was so personable and kind to us. It truly felt like we’d know her forever. Since then we have been able to see Trish again in and out of the store and let her in on memories made along our engagement and wedding. If you go to the jewelry department be sure to ask for a Trish first!"
