"To whom this may concern, be on the watch for an individual, his name is Joseph Fore, resides at 530 e. 4th st. Sedalia mo. He may be in company of another male or his girlfriend Tara Davis. They drive a beat up gold colored Chrysler sirrus. Joseph is a notorious THIEF. He has been bragging about stealing Jordans sneakers, size 91/2 to 10 in men's from your store. Within the last week he went into your store with another man who bought two pairs of sneakers. One for himself, the other for Fore. Fire also stole a pair of Jordans and left with them. Check your records, cameras, and stick. Hope this helps."
