"Recently I ordered jeans and had them shipped to the store because they would not make it to my house in time. When I got to the store, one of my kids had fallen asleep. I called, explained and asked if there was anyone who could run them out to me by chance, and they sure did! Cannot say how helpful that truly was, but I know they will continue to have mine and my family's business!"
"Return policy is virtually non existance. I bought boots and 9 days later they would not take them back, even with the receipt. Told me I had to exchange only. Couldn't find any boots I wanted so I ask if I could exchange for clothes, they said no. Order from Amazon they have a better return policy. Ilstorewith"
"If you’re looking for something you actually would wear to the barn, this is not your store. Boots were mostly gaudy low-quality construction but were super expensive. Inventory for size 7 was limited. A few actual using and/or riding boots but only a small variety to choose from, and most were Justin’s and Ropers. None of the nicer ariats I would have hoped/expected to see. This is an “I watch Yellowstone” store, not an “I want cute but useful boots/attire” store."
"Stopped in for some Christmas shopping and the ladies did a fantastic job helping us find exactly what we were looking for (Cody James jeans), for the future son in law. Was able to find the exact style he likes from a secret photo of the inside label (no he wasn't wearing them when we got the picture). Fantastic service and super friendly no hassle staff."
