Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Don't ever go here around closing time, they are only interested in getting out of there. The door was already locked at 9:45, which I can kind of understand, but still if you're open until 10, you're open until 10. I ordered a shrimp basket and beans and rice. I specifically asked the guy at the window for some sweet and spicy sauce, which he told me he would give me. They were waiting on something to cook so told me to go to the front of the store and wait. The guy then brought my bag out to me and told me goodnight. When I opened the bag there was not only no sauce of any kind for my shrimp, but no utensils for my beans and rice or napkins. As they were closed and had a line for the window, I was stuck with dry shrimp and having to pour my beans and rice into my mouth. Great job Popeye's. No more business from me."

"Avoid this Popeye's at all costs. Food was way overcooked. None of the dining area had been wiped down for sometime. All of the condiment dispensers were empty. The lids for the cups were still in a plastic sleeve so each customer had to reach in and separate the lids to get one out. The wait staff acted like they couldn't wait to get rid of you. I love Popeye's chicken, but this place was a disaster."

"We placed an order online to pick up dinner on our way home from work. We get there and they claim they didn't have our order and couldn't give us the food. We provided the receipt and showed our bank account where they took out payment. The manager came and was the rudest and most unprofessional person. He should NOT manage anything. Even the teenager said she is showing proof, why can't we just give it to her. Do NOT order from here and if you do, don't do it online. They won't refund my money either. I have to call their corporate customer service, that by the way, makes you put an online request. You can't even talk to a live person."

"Place was way better better a year ago. Don't know if management changed or what. Everyone was lost. Guy tried to take order couldn't figure out to sign on. Shift manager took over on our order. He couldnt stop giving orders long enough to take ours. Asked me 3 times spicy or mild. I said spicy got mild. To many issue to list plus dirty. No condiments out for public of any kind no ice tea. Horrible visit. Better get on top of it or it wont be. For some reason it won't let me post the pictures. Think this is a place where management hired all friends now everybody sucks because management doesn't want to enforce anything."
