"The tables are clean the bathroom was clean there was somebody sitting in the front of the building smoking a cigarette which kind of wasn't really appealing! But after a while I found out that it was somebody who couldn't afford any food and somebody that worked there seem to help her out! I found this truly helpful and understanding where these people have their heart! Kudos to the crew at Arby's!"
"We waited and waited for our order. When we finally asked we only got part of the food. It was a week day lunch time. Should have been in full work mode. They were not."
"I had ordered the newer burger they have there and it was pink (raw) in the middle. When I called the kid on the phone said that is the way they serve them is medium rare. I said I bet if I temp'd this it wouldn't temp to 165 like it should. I worked for McDonalds for 25 years this isn't right. He said ma'am were not McDonalds were Arby's."
