Buffalo Wild Wings

"I don't usually write many reviews but I felt a need to do so about my experience. In the waitress defense I think she was having a bad day. I came in and sat at the bar and was ignored for 15 mins. I then motioned to the waitress for a drink and menu. I sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. My problem is I was the only one treated in this manner, others that came in after me drinks and orders taken within 10 to 15 minutes."

"I usually don't leave bad reviews. Unprofessional wait staff, and an unprofessional manager. We had asked for a cheese curd Burger and our waitress said that we could get 15 traditional wings, buy one get one free. There was some confusion, because somehow we end up with 60 wings at the table. The waitress stated beforehand that she was really tired and was probably going to forget things a lot. I initially took this as a joke, and went along with it. I asked her if I could speak with the manager and it took a minute to actually get to speak with the manager. I feel we were very patient, I just wanted to get the matter resolved because our bill was looking at $80. Once I got to speak to the manager, she did take off one of the $30 orders of wings and said that we could have those for free. (I was indifferent, I had no need for that many wings.) After receiving the new check with the updated total, I realized even with the edit, we were still paying more than what was intended with our order. Trying to speak with the manager a second time, I could tell there was some frustration. And for whatever reason they decided to surround our table with one of the cooks, the server and the manager. We did ultimately get the matter settled, but it was one of the most bizarre restaurant situations I've ever been in. As I stated in the beginning, I don't typically leave bad reviews, especially not the day after. But this was one for the books."

"Walked in with family at 3 for late lunch and stood in the vestibule for 7 minutes waiting to be seated. Meanwhile waitress sitting right at the bar sees us and chooses not to help us. So we walked out and most definitely will NOT be back. Great customer service guys!!!"

"This restaurant still stands out well. There were issues I was finding with the quality of food. It came back to standard due to changes in staff (cook). And, how would you miss the BOGO offer (Buy one get one). Tuesdays: On Traditional Thursday: On boneless Additionally, you would get rewards if you sign up with your phone number."

"Tuesdays are half off traditional wings. Really enjoyed this place on a quiet afternoon. Food was hot and fresh, though its possible some of my wings were still a little pink in the middle."
