"I tried to order online and the app wasn’t working so I went to the store Mind you this is at 1230 am The worker Tay(?I hope that’s his name) said that he will make my order and that we would be the last one of the night!! When I went into the store to order he mentioned that he had extra twist that he was just going to throw away and told me I could have that for free if I wanted!! Absolutely made my night!! Such a great guy doing his job"

"I ordered pizza from the warrensburg dominos store all the time which are great most the time, but this time it was different, I got a takeout with my family went home and took a bite from one of the slices just to find that there is a “BUG” in it. I immediately called the store about it and was told that there was no BUG when they cut the pizza and gave it to me. I was offered a replacement pizza for which I said “ I don’t trust the store anymore and wanted to talk to somebody who I can make an official complaint “. But it being at 10:00pm they told me the manager wasn’t available and I tried reaching the domino’s costumer service and there are not available till next day. So, I went to the store for the soul purpose of showing them the pizza and getting the manager’s card if possible. As soon as I showed them the pizza and then seeing the bug, immediately told me that the bug was put on the pizza later and indirectly accusing me of putting it on there. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I was disgusted by the whole situation. First, they gave me a pizza with a “BUG” in it and secondly I was indirectly accused of sabotaging the pizza myself by placing the “BUG” on pizza after receiving it. I wish to see the end of this and report the store."
"these guys are always the most inconsistent pizza in Warrensburg. idk if it's the management or just sheer will power of regressing each year, and when there is an issue (usually with delivery) they provide absolutely no help. it's frustrating seriously."
