"All the reviews are pretty much accurate. The manager is rude. New customers are ignored because they don’t know what they are supposed to do. The manager is disrespectful and has an attitude. The workers stand around and just throw clothes around. They had an offer for me within 2 minutes of leaving the store. My containers were untouched and in the same spot they were dropped off in. Highly recommend the store in Mission Kansas. The employees and the manager simply do not want to attend to their customers."

"I called before going to the location to see if they were accepting check ins for clothes. After I arrived I got everything checked in. After she pulled two items out of my bag she said they smelled “smokey.” I do not smoke, maybe my appearance might have given that as I am a black woman with locs and wear crystals but thats very discriminatory on her end when I had jeans that still had tags on them of over $100 and brand new Juicy Couture tracksuits and shoes that I unfortunately will be taking to another location now. Hopefully you all can stop with your very obvious judgment without any knowledge and actually do your job! Re: Thank you for your comment but I live alone. I do not owe any explanation to anyone of my living situations. As stated before, I will take my business to another location. I kept a civilized response to avoid confusion in my attitude and carried on about my day, that is why I left. Thank you! I still left three stars, have a great night."
