"We went in on Monday night for the first time ever and it was the best sandwich we had a long time! Got the Philly cheese steak and the Italian and both were10/10! They were pretty busy when we arrived but the customer service was very nice and the night manager lady was super friendly and was even the person or make our sandwiches! New favorite spot!"

"My husband and I were out Christmas shopping and stopped in to grab a quick sandwich. It wasn’t busy at all (was like 8pm), the young man that made our food was pretty fast, and the woman who worked the register said she was his mom. She talked with us for a while and was so nice. We ordered a super sub, got our food very fast and the staff was very friendly, also got a brownie which was so yummy! We love the sandwiches here and the staff was great will def be back again soon."

"I’m not sure what has changed over the past 6 months. Maybe new management. I love Jersey mikes. But the blue springs location has gone downhill. There have been several occasions where I’ve waited 30 mins or more in a short line, online order forgets chips, rude customer service. However seeing cigarettes right next to the food preparation is going to have me stop eating there. Please do better."

"Wife saw a commercial for a Sub-in-a-Tub so I decided to stop and pick up something. I've never been to a Jersey Mikes before and didn't know there was one in Blue Springs. Horrible location, signage out front doesn't stand out and difficult to see...like a maze trying to get into the parking lot, surprised they are still in business, they can't be breaking even located there. I let them know up front I'd never been there before and what I was looking for, they promptly started on the Sub/Tub and my #7 from the menu board. A little surprised they don't have more add on's other than Tomato, Lettice, Onion, peppers and pickles...very limited. Both crew members serving me did a fantastic job, polite and friendly. Sandwiches a little on the pricey side for what it is, for that reason we won't return...no real value there when Subway blows them away on variety, options and price. Our order was good, not amazing but good. The bread was fresh and thick, the turkey thinly sliced was terrific. I would suggest having someone powerwash/clean the large spill spot at your door n the sidewalk, looks like someone dumped a drink tray and cola went everywhere. No one wants to walk thru that or dance around to avoid it. Gives the immediate impression the rest of your store is just as dirty."

"I would not eat at Jersey Mikes in Blue Springs on Coronado anymore. I have been eating there since their doors opened. I ate there a lot. At one point no one working there could believe how many rewards points I had from eating there many times a week. No more after today. It is my understanding that the business has new owners. I recognize none of the crew inside. Today I placed an order on the App for 4 sandwiches. The order was not accurate. 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong but the worst part is 2 of the 4 subs had hair in it. We threw everything away. We didn’t even check the other two. One big ball of hair looked like something from the sink drain. Half the order had hair in it. That’s just the half we checked. Disgusting. The last one with the longer hair was in the lettuce. The ball of hair was in the mushrooms. No one there was wearing hair nets. I would give ZERO stars if it would let me."
