"Came in around 1030 on Tuesday. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Well it's ice cold an horrible. The fries are only thing hot. I ordered for here but got in Togo bag. If I wanted it in a bag I would of ordered it Togo. First time and last time here"

"Wow, I really have to tip my hat to this location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure I was taken care of and even offered to refill my drink and take my tray after finishing my meal. I had two separate employees stop by my table, use my name and ask me if I needed anything. I came around 12:15pm (lunch rush) and was through the line in just a couple of minutes and my food shortly after. The manager came by and asked my if I needed anything. The restrooms were clean and stocked! I am VERY impressed with the way this ship is ran!! Good job Blue Springs Chick Fil A, keep up the good work!!!"
