"***UPDATE*** After posting my initial review, which was a bit critical, I talked to Jerry, who both apologized and offered to have my car cleaned on the inside. He also promised me that from now on I should expect nothing but stellar service. Because of the professional and courteous way he addressed my concerns, I've upped this review to four stars. On my next visit, I'll push it to five based on how that goes. I do expect it to be excellent, by the way, based on my talk with Jerry. I also know none of us are perfect. That we all make mistakes and have bad days. It's how we handle those that make the difference. And they clearly understand that at S and S. ***INITIAL REVIEW*** Very nice people. BUT ... my first and last time there, I had an oil change. They were kind enough to recommend not rotating tires even though I asked them too. They suggested that I wait because my tread wear looked really good. However, when I got my car back, I was missing two of my stainless valve caps, the car was half a quart low on oil, all four tires were low and, the worst part, there were greasy handprints all over the off-white interior of my car, including on the A-pillar, roof liner, and seats. Still can't get the ones off the A-pillars and roof liner. It's too bad because they were very nice and pretty convenient. But that lack of detail on helping me care for my car just won't do. I tend to take really good care of my cars and that allows me to keep them a very long time."

"Greg was very professional from the beginning to the end. The pricing was reasonable and what I like the most is there was a 2 yr/24,000 mile warranty provided. I had a brief encounter with the rest of the staff and everyone was really nice. I had a lot of work done on my vehicle and the work was done promptly. I will definitely refer S & S to friends and family members."

"I brought my 2005 Dodge Neon SRT-4 in after installing some BC Coilovers. It needed a full alignment, rotation, and height adjustment. They got it all done in good time and were very friendly through the process. I even received a call before they started working on it to make sure it's all adjusted to my liking. I was very pleased to learn they knew how to adjust even my aftermarket suspension. Looking good!"
