"Went in with my 11 year old daughter. She knew what she wanted but made some changes while I was ordering. The bald headed man taking our order kept using the “ come on hurry up hand gesture “ the whole time I was making our order. Seemed annoyed it took us 45 seconds to complete our order. Seemed odd as nobody was even in the store or behind us waiting. Food was great. But that guy could use a lesson in customer service. Sucks. Been going there for years and was always a good experience."
"Ordered on line food got here really fast. Was very Delicious. Will order again. Lulu Club was Amazing. Also got Chicken Bacon Avocado Salad. I thought I tipped 20%, however it seems there is no tip on the receipt. So I will bring a tip to your store for whoever delivered my food. I feel terrible. It was my first time ordering on line. PS the kickin' ranch is Out of this World."
"Popped into the Blue Springs store today and was disappointed. The tomatoes on one side of the sandwich were hard and green, the other side had one edible tomato, the cucumbers were limp and gross, inedible. There was hardly any tuna on the sandwich and it was dry and flavorless. It was a sad day for me, it had been way too long since I had a Jimmy Johns sandwich because the delivery areas are so small, it may be a while before will try it again. If there is a way to upload a pic of the sandwich I will do so. Can I also ask why I had to bag my own sandwich? Seems to me grabbing the bags and the napkins would breech any type of Covid protocols you would need to have in place, but I could be wrong."
