"We ordered online selected to pick up through drive through. Went through and they said ok pull to window then when we got to the window the person claimed they didn’t have our order then all of the sudden it supposedly appeared after already waiting 10 minutes. Then they told us to pull to the front and wait there we watched a lot of cars come and go while we were waiting so my husband went in where he was yelled at because the inside was closed but the doors were unlocked. Then when they finally came out with the food I asked the lady who claimed she was the manager why it took so long and she got a bad attitude and told us that she spit in our food. So yea I wouldn’t go to that location ever again and the food was cold when we got it"

"Haven't been here in over a year. Last time wasn't great. Tonight though happily to say my tacos were perfect."

"I have been to Jack in the box 3 times since the 70’s. Sadly this location in my opinion identifies as the reason Jack In The Box nearly disappeared forever. It’s filthy all over. Broken equipment of all types. They are so slow at orders and they were barely busy. They just walked around the food and debris on the floor. Melancholy is my description of the employees. The guy giving us our food was so quiet I didn’t understand him hardly. It was the quietest running restaurant I’ve been to. No communication hardly between them. There was water All under the counter. Nearly every table was covered with food debris. Cigarette butts piled up just outside the front door. Trash running over onto the ground outside the dumpster. The cement walkways are grease laden. Windows had hand prints covering them and filthy greasy oily coating. The pop machine needed refilled and they said it needed to be. Yet nobody corrected it in 30 minutes we were there. Our food sucked. Spent about $50 and regret it. The fries were oversized potato sticks like I detested as a kid. The kind in the cardboard tube. There were chemicals in the bathroom accessible to kids. Spray bottles at that. Perfect fun for kids. There was about 30 pieces of toilet paper it looked like. Suck to be somebody soon. The toilet paper sits on the handrail. This is one of the worst locations of anything I have seen in years. If you want good Jack in the box go to the one on Noland Road. It was great. Let the pictures tell the story."

"I say this as a Jack in the Box customer of over 30 years. Sort of getting sick of Jack in the Box in present times… I have been to several in various states… now MO, and the customer service stinks to high heaven. And constantly having to repeat myself in drive thru and they didn’t have Orange Juice today. Lame lame lame. Really sick and tired of this place and this company shouldn’t be expanding to other states when it can’t even handle what it has!!!! Drive thru is pathetically slow as well!!!"

"Well, Loaded Tiny Tacos were awesome. Then came the egg rolls. Left in the deep fryer just long enough to absorb a lot more fryer oil. Removed immediately from the fryer cage and placed into the serving carton, then placed upright(instead of flat) in the bag on top of my Ultimate Cheeseburger. Little did I know at the time, while enjoying my awesome Loaded Tiny Tacos, my oil saturated egg rolls were leaking all over my Ultimate Cheeseburger (with bacon, which I did not order) and, making a puddle of oil where the bag was sitting on the floor of my truck. So, me being me, I call them to let them know what happened. Someone answered the phone, asked how he could help me. I started to tell him and then he asked if I could hold on for a minute. I said sure, I don't have any pressing matters at the moment. It's been almost 2 hours and 45 minutes later. I've heard drive thru orders taken, the deep fryer alarms waiting to be turned off, who's on vacation, who's not coming in for a week, someone's friend thinks she's fat but she's not, and a whole lot of other noises. And I never hung up, I lost the call when I lost cell service."
