"I went to this McDonalds at 9:30 last night when there wasn’t anyone else in the drive thru and few cars in the parking lot. Haven’t had McDonalds in months but decided to go get a Filet-o-Fish meal and asked for it to be fresh to order and thanked them nicely. Got to the window and things seemed alright although they charged me for my water which I just accepted at that point. Was told to pull forward and totally understood because I wanted it fresh. Waited a bit and when the worker gave me the bag of food he didn’t say anything to me. Got home and when I opened my bag the filet o fish box was totally smashed down indenting the sandwich and the fries were extremely hard. I rarely complain but there was no reason for this. It wasn’t even near closing time either."
