"My family & I Love some Scooters. Until yesterday, service has been AMAZING. We get there right before closing. Both staff members, extremely salty & rude. Asked for my hot drink to be extra hot(they nail it any other day) was lukewarm. I get it. You maybe had a long day. Ready to close. Possibly have New Year's Eve plans. But you also have a job to finish. If you don't like it, go to another job that possibly fits your needs."
"The drinks are extra “perky”, the food is very tasty, and the staff is super sweet. I had the Griswold Eggnog along with a sausage and potato quiche. My husband ordered an ice Tea and even though they didn’t have simple syrup they took a few packets of sugar and melted it down in hot water. They went over and beyond call of service. My aunt ordered a peppermint mocha along with a breakfast burrito. We are so happy we can support another local business while in town."
"I like this place for its convenience and being so close to home, but lately they’ve been getting my order, the same thing I’ve ordered for years, wrong. I normally wouldn’t complain, especially over something so insignificant as not adding cream to my coffee, but this is the fourth time in a row at least and I’ve started taking my business to the Station 7 down the street. It’s a further drive, but least they get my order right"
"I LOVE Scooters! Personally I think its alot better than Starbucks. I turned several people on to Scooters and recommend it often! The coffee is always amazing and the employees are always super friendly and often chat with you while you're waiting for your order and they're usually pretty fast! And if you want Scooters but want to save money they have K pods and ground coffee at Price chopper!"
"Always friendly staff and fairly fast so never have to wait long. Good coffee and drinks .I usually get he iced cod brew with cream and sugar always a good iced coffee and their smoothies are good Also"
