"Not quite sure who the manager is but they suck at getting the supplies to cover peoples orders. Four out of seven times I have been there in the last two weeks. They have been out of supplies to make what I want. Is getting ridiculous! We need to build another one, so they can see against each other. I prefer a drive-through, and the only one we have in Blue Springs is constantly out of supplies."
"Got the food right away at the window but asked to pull forward for drink. They forgot us and served the next 5 cars behinds us similar drinks. Had the kids with me in the car so can't pop in the store for a reminder. Lady who brought out the coffee looked terribly inconvenienced. Pretty terrible experience. I hate that I tipped for this."
"Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible service. Stop rushing people. I barely had my order out of my mouth and then went to go say the size I wanted. She rushed me through it and made me so nervous I got the wrong size! After being in the line for over 15 min!!!! Do better! Give people a second to get their order right."
