"Sat in line with only two cars ahead of me for 15 minutes, when I ordered a said no sauces, especially mayo on my grilled chicken sandwich. Sat at the window for atleast 10 minutes and the girl said, your sandwich is still cooking. Why they didn't start it when I ordered it is beyond me. Anyway, I leave and drive to 435 highway and start to eat my food on while starting my 2 hour drive, and there's mayo on my sandwich!! Worst experience at a drive through ever, for the 2nd time. I'm done"
"I’ve always had positive experiences here. I do use the mobile app before I get there, and that ensures the meal is ready before I arrive. Once I’m checked in, the courteous staff always seems to deliver it within 5 minutes of arrival. It’s a very well managed location."
"Employee was extremely unfriendly. 3rd time in a row simple order‘s were incorrect. Missing items, wrong items in place of what I ordered. (Not sure if they ran out & tried to sub without telling me) I ordered Cinnasnack w/cream cheese dip & got French toast sticks??? I didn’t even know they sold those on the menu? I sure didn’t order them with my sandwich for lunch! They are always super slow. Parkville Sonic won’t answer phone just let’s it ring & hangs it up over & over. I can hear them on the line, so rude! I guess they think it’s funny. Horrible customer service . Lost our business. Plenty of good restaurants close by who get it right."
"The sonic in parkville is horrible!!!!! My tots were a mess and smashed! My chilli cheese Coney was at the bottom of the bag and smashed. My jalapeno bites were over done. My son barely had any tots in his meal. Will not be back!"
"They have changed their chicken recipe or changed to a new vendor because these chicken tenders used to be crisper. There was no gravy so I made my own at home. The Texas toast is just plain bread now. I'm sure I will go back but not for the Chicken Strip meal!"
