"The older lady who has worked at Taco Bell for years is awesome. Who would I wanted was an easily found on their new self ordering system, and she took care of ordering for me. Food came out on only a few minutes and was delicious. Only didn’t give five stars because it was really cold inside the building. It was winter, but it felt like the heat wasn’t on."

"Pathetic excuse for tacos! Drove through on a nasty sub-zero night to grab some food to take home. Found out they no longer offer the $6 cravings box that we loved, so ordered two meals with 3 soft tacos each. Got the food home, and was disgusted to see the poor excuse for tacos they gave us. These soft shell tacos had so little in them that they were literally FLAT. If you took all the ingredients out of all 3 tacos and put them in one shell, it still wouldn't have made a decent taco. I don't now if this was an employee choice, or the franchise scrimping on ingredients to save money, but it was a total waste of almost $18. Our semi-frequent visits will now be ZERO."

"Stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes trying to pay cash for my order that I placed on the kiosk. Several employees looked right at me and completely ignored me, and the 3 other customers standing at the counter. The employees were only concerned about the drive thru. I even said I needed to pay for my order to which I was told to wait. I’m on limited time for lunch break and ended up having to walk out and not get any lunch because they neglected the front counter, like most food establishments these days. Kiosk ordering has completely ruined customer service, and people paying attention to the front counter when guests need help."

"Saturday evening, 6:00p his was our first visit to this location. I cannot comment on the staff as no one greeted, or even acknowledged us, as we stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. The restaurant was empty as a door dash driver was leaving as we entered. The lady at the drive thru window looked our direction a few times but never acknowledged us as we stood there waiting for someone to take our order. We finally resigned ourselves to use the touch screens behind us. It took 10x longer to do than if someone would have just walked 5' to take our order. There is no signs suggesting we use to tough screen. Those not tech savvy would be out of luck. After another 10 minutes, the guy finishing our burritos walked the food over to us. We had to ask for our drinks, one that had to be filled behind the counter. Another employee had to tell the young man what my drink order was. We had to ask him again for our other drink cup and he ask 'What size did you order'. I don't blame the young man but he obviously had no customer service experience. I give this one star as the food was ok, typical of what you expect at Taco Bell. Two young ladies walked in while we were eating, presumably to start their shift. Both were pleasant and looked our way and smiled when we left. This was the ONLY other interaction we had there. Perhaps they were short staffed but that is no excuse not to acknowledge a paying customer standing at your counter for 10+ minutes. Also, I would say there were about a dozen tables, all empty, in the eating area. We counted four that were not dirty with food scraps."

"We decided to try the new Taco Bell location and it was great. So far so much better than the other one. So I think we will stick to this one the next time we decide to go. We didn't have to wait very long for our food and when we got it, it was still hot. Nothing but great service so far."
