SP+ Parking

"I’m not sure why the listing shows up as SP+ Parking, but I know this place as Park Air Express. This has been my go-to valet parking spot for around 10 years now. I usually travel for work (several times a year), but have also parked for personal travel too. In all these years, I’ve only had one issue. My flight returned after 1am and it took several attempts at calling before dispatch answered. There is always a coupon for a free day with at least two days parking, which is a nice perk on the already reasonable rates. Update: I’m knocking a star off for customer service issues. After returning from a recent flight around 2am, I arrived to find that the attendants lost my key ring. While they had my actual key fob, the leather key ring it was attached to was missing. They admitted to, and had photo evidence of, the key ring being attached when I dropped my car off. They did nothing to remedy the situation. Unfortunate after being a long time patron. My company has since upped its expense reimbursement rates so I now park at the much more convenient airport surface lot on-site."

"Been going to this place for years. They got a new phone app since I last flew out of MCI that is much better than the old numbered ticket system, but for some reason my one day coupon wasn't credited when I went to pay virtually. So I had to retrieve it from my car when I got back to the lot. The wait for pickup was a little longer than normal this time, but that could have been due to late late return flight (close to 1 am) and only one driver on duty. At least there was no waiting when we got back and car was waiting next to the door."

"Our flight arrived an hour late. As soon as we had our luggage we called to be picked up. Their only phone number would ring once and then give a busy signal for over 30 minutes. This was the second time this has happened, never again. Then the driver was rude and wouldn’t even assist us with our luggage. Stay away, there are other options. Extremely poor customer service!"

"Used to be a great service I've used for years, now it is absolutely horrid. My plane was scheduled to land at 11:50 it landed at 11:55. When I checked the price for my service at 11:45 during our descent the price was $27. I would have paid at that time but a warning message pops up alerting you that if it takes more than 30 minutes for you to get to your car you will incur additional fees. And given the uncertainty of how long you have to sit on a tarmac potentially I waited, big mistake. Not to mention on previous trips it's taken Park Air Express 10 to 20 minutes to get to the airport. So am I responsible for this time as well? I called at approximately 11:58 and paid at 12:05 in that 10 minutes I had to pay for an extra day bringing my total to $36. When I get to Park Air Express my car is not ready and it was extraordinarily frustrating. If you are going to run a business where you are charging people for an extra day for being late by ONE MINUTE let alone 10 then I should expect to have my car ready when I step off the shuttle. The manager made excuses stating that other people called too I'm sorry but if my plane being 5 minutes late isn't a valid excuse to not be charged for an extra day then there is no excuse as to why my car shouldn't be ready. I have no control over flight times but they have control over only having one person retrieving cars."

"Been using them (Park Air Express - Google, please fix their name!!!) for years and have never had a problem. Service has always been top notch; we’ve never stood around waiting for more than 5 minutes coming or going to the airport. Employees have always been courteous and quick. Vehicles have always been waiting for us on the ready line when we returned, in the same condition we dropped them off."
