"This location is nothing like the one in Overland Park. On my most recent trip they were out of chai tea (at 8am) so I ordered black tea. When I reached my gate and went to remove the teabag I discovered that it was totally submerged including the paper tag. My muffin was dryer than dry. This location does not participate in the Parisi loyalty program. I doubt the restaurant had any input on the design but the 2 registers are lined up with a "fence". It is difficult to negotiate the tight space with a bag in tow. After a year of being open I've given them enough chances. I'll be trying other coffee shops from now on."

"Not sure why a very beautiful place in the heart of our beautiful airport…. But if you can’t make a cappuccino you should not be in the coffee business, I’m local and I now the passion the owner and his Wife has , but the crew arched airport seriously need to step up their game …. There is a difference between a cappuccino and a latte. Every time I travel, I order a cappuccino and I get a latte or a hybrid drinks between the cappuccino or a wannabe cappuccino, but more latte., so I said to myself today it is the last day I will give my business to the coffee shop. There’s couple more other coffee shops at the airport that I’m sure they will do a better drinks on this one.sorry guys , it is upsetting when you are not getting what you’re ordering"

"This place needs to step it up. First off staff has zero personality. Second my sausage sandwich was still frozen in the center. Probably because she put like ten of them in the little oven. I noticed at least three other people come return theirs as well. That was a waste of sandwiches. Oh and the sandwich tasted freezer burnt. Then they take names for coffee but hand them out without saying names. Just the coffee type. I hope there’s another coffee place. I won’t be back."

"Treated myself to a Cortado and pastry before my weekday morning flight. Standard wait time, mostly clean and comfortable tables. It was a little awkward trying to find a place to stand while waiting for my order because I felt like we were in the way of others moving through the space. Intrigued by the express self-serve Parisi Pronto station if you don't mind an automated machine making your beverage, helpful in a pinch, but I was glad to enjoy a cup of coffee prepared by a local KC roaster's baristas."
