"I love Anna. I tried very hard to make this work. The cleaning was inconsistent, always best when Anna was here herself. I could have worked with this. My last straw was when the cleaners became hit and miss about even showing up. They made it clear they did not value me or my business. We rent rooms to international students. We need a cleaner that shows up. We need a cleaner that shows up on the day they say they will, somewhere close to the time they scheduled. Over two years time, the sporadic no shows happened more often. Each and every time, I had to persue them. Why didn't they come and clean?Her response? Traffic, other clients, employee no shows. Again, things happen and I can be somewhat flexible, but not showing with no call or text?!? This business is completely unreliable."
"I love having them clean our house once-twice a month. They always do a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and making our beds. It is always welcome to come home and see the house put together so nicely. They are very friendly and although they might take their time, their quality shows every time I come home. I highly recommend them if you live in the Portland area."
"We started using this service about 4 months ago and they were great with one exception, they bleached my carpet. Wasn't a big deal but it happened 4 more times. Little bleach spots where they throw their bathroom rags. When I called and asked them to please stop and start using a bucket they stopped showing up. We had a cleaning scheduled before Christmas and they never came. No call no or indication why. We decided to give them another chance and even after confirming it with them the day before. Again they failed to show up. They are great at cleaning but extremely unreliable. It takes days for you to get a hold of them if ever and its 50/50 if they will come."
