"During the heat of the summer our air conditioner when out. When I called for servicing I was scheduled with 48 hours. The next morning I received a call offering me a repair if I could be available in the next couple of hours !! Jason Foti notified me within 30 minutes of arrival and was able to identify the issues and get the system back up and running within an hour. Excellent customer service and very reasonable fees. They recently returned for my annual HVAC servicing and I was more than please with the service. I highly recommend Freedom Heating and Air."
"They installed ac in my home shortly after they started their business. They provided me with a few options. I chose, they installed, and it was an easy ordeal! They were clean and a great sense of humor. I had even mentioned something about my gas water heater going out on occasion. They showed me the thermocouple (as I am mechanically inclined) and told me to keep an eye on it, what to do, how to replace and suggested a wind cap for my vent. It did finally go out and I installed a new one later and installed the wind cap and never had an issue since. They went above and beyond by showing me this tcouple, they kept their promises, the price was reasonable, actually it was the best price. They exhibited humanity which is hard to find these days. Hands down, the only one I would call."
