"They are the WORST company I have ever dealt with. On my activation day the technician never came. When I called to reschedule they were so rude and put me on hold forever. I then decided to cancel everything and return their equipment. I have spent 2 hours on hold and still no luck in canceling and they won't give me the address to return router. I refuse to waste any further time and energy on them. I am returning their equipment to their headquarters in LA. BUYER BEWARE! Get away from them if you can!"
"After many calls and attempts to reconnect service after a problem, that wasn't from our end, we were told service tec was scheduled but never showed. Any company that would leave a 90 year old woman without service is not one I would recommend to anyone. I gave them 1 star only because there wasn't anything lower. Still don't have service after 3+ weeks."
"Phone service went down again in our neighborhood . . . multiple outages. Tried for over an hour to get a live person on my cell phone, and all the automated system does is give one the run-around. Service equipment in our area is horrible, and their own service technicians tell us our service module has been faulty for years. Don't know when we will get service back. I have multiple lines that are dead and can't even raise anyone on the chat with us option on the internet. At least we have internet, although folks, our internet service is really bad, like many of you report, as well."
