"From the moment that I messaged Jose with my computer problem he was very prompt, friendly, and courteous. I had the blue screen of death and have not been able to update windows 10 for the last few months. I wasn’t even able to do a factory reset. I have a HP Pavilion x360. I reached out to Jose and received a response back in a very timely manner letting me know that he would do a free diagnostic. I was able to drop off my computer the same day. He called me before doing any repairs to let me know what the issue was and how much it would cost. He then was able to have it ready for me to pick up the same day!
