"Update, they finally connected me to my therapist and the person who I was in contact with just up and quit, the person who ended up helping me was wonderful. This clinic made things quite difficult for me, I am moving on from it now but I was seeing a therapist who moved to this clinic, I called every week for 3 weeks (I was told paper work was still being processed and to call back each time) and then about once everyday for four days after that and nobody answered, I left messages and then finally emailed, I was then told they were booked full and didn't take my insurance so I offered to switch my insurance and explained my situation, they offered to message my therapist and nothing, I sent another email and nothing. I never heard back and that was about 2-3 weeks ago. I don't know if this is normal for mental health facilities or not but I felt very very let down, my therapist was amazing and I'll miss him, moving on with another therapist and I hope something like this never happens again although I have heard from other people this is not unheard of for practices. I'd rather have just been told no to begin with and moved on rather then waiting around for over a month to be ignored."
