"Update: Tiffany, manager of the Portland office came out and apologized for wasting our time at the other office. She was very appreciative that we were able to get rescheduled and drive farther. She said all of the staff have been informed of the new COVID policies and that all the staff should be reminding patients that there are no guests. She seemed sweet and genuine. Still wouldn't go to Milwaukie based on the nursing staffs attitudes there. They didn't bother to mention on the phone or in the paperwork that they wont allow a support person during a vasectomy due to COVID. Even if you live with the person! My husband does not do well with doctors and needles. The first thing we heard about it was the sign on the door when we got there. They only make exceptions if you don't have cognitive abilities. Very unhappy with their patient care! The joke is that you have to pay a $100 cancelation fee too if its less than 24 hrs. Extremely upset with them. The nurse was making a sassy comment about "he won't see the needle". One of the other gals was shaking her head and acting annoyed about my husband's needle phobia. We have 4 kids so clinics and hospitals are not unfamiliar to us. This was the most unprofessional nursing staff that we have ever dealt with!"
