"I made an appointment last Friday with this company and set an appointment for the following Tuesday. They said they were going to come at 1:30 in the afternoon. I waited all day for them. Then no one showed up so I called them back. They said that I missed a window and they bumped me till next Thursday. I said I told you I was home, but they require that you respond within 10 minutes after they call you when they send a technician. Very poor business practices. I called him earlier and told Maag to be home and send a technician and they never showed up."
