I paid then 165$ to fix the problem .They subsequently told me it would be $700 to replace the fan. Mitch came out immediately, fixed the problem and the unit works perfectly. His charges were minimal.I have never found a more ethical competent business for heating/air conditioning.I would give him more stars if that was available."

He showed up 15 minutes after I called him and was able to replace a 30.00 part and it works perfect now!! He was professional and found the problem right away! So grateful to him!! "What a great business. Called this company up searching for someone who would actually come out to my house and diagnose my heating problem for free. Mitch (the owner) showed up and was very friendly and professional. I walked him through what problems I had been experiencing and he began working immediately. Come to find out, the heater began to work to my surprise and also to Mitch's since I had told him we'd been without heat for a few days. He explained that there would be no charge for his service since he truly didn't have to repair anything. This is a great company that actually stands behind their "free diagnosis" advertising. With all of the other competitors I had called I would have been looking at a minimum of a $60 diagnosis fee."
