"I called to check the price, they asked me what car I have and then told me to come in and I could get 25% off. So I went to the store to get an oil change. When I got there they said they didn't have an oil filter for my car! Why didn't they check to see if they had the filter before telling me to come in? Then they said, call us tomorrow to see if they had one? There is a car parts store right across the street! They could have run across the street and got the filter and done the oil change the first time I came in. Instead they wanted me to check back to see if they could get an oil filter 24 hours later maybe? No way! I want to drive in and get a quick oil change, not play games that waste my time!"

"I had to wait to have my car serviced for 45 minutes. They had me change lanes so I was behind the car to be finished next. It wasn't next, and the car that got there after me, got to pull in. They were in the lane I was in before they had me move. Their car was done and I changed lanes again and went behind them! The car they put me behind in the first place never did get done or leave the bay. Then they held my air filter up to show me it was dirty but didn't clean it. They wanted more money to do anything except to tell me it was "filthy". Never seen workers at a biz like this who moved so slowly. And very expensive even with my Groupon coupon!! I would not recommend having your oil changed here if you are in a hurry or want prompt service. No one was rude or anything but their website does say that your car will be done in 15 to 20 minutes. That was not the case in my experience."

"Good service and it was done fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the fluids check was supposed to include transmission fluid, but it was not checked. Additionally, when clipping the 50% off coupon offered online, I was disappointed to instead receive one for only $10 off. I was grateful for what I got when I noticed that the website immediately thereafter reduced their coupon offer to $7 off. At least the $10 off covered the extra $9.99 fee for the "extra" quart of oil my car requires above the 5 included in the price for a standard oil change, although when I change my own oil it never needs the entire quart. Only about half, so they are actually charging $9.99 for half of a quart. Most people probably aren't aware of that fact or that the website even offers a coupon."
