"From Canada and experienced car trouble here in Eugene. Dinging bells and "Engine off now!!" warnings. Open Saturdays by appointment only yet I was brought in immediately! Upon arrival, Bruce had already ordered the part that was needed. He checked the car and confirmed his diagnosis. I'm not knowledgeable and could have easily been taken advantage of, especially considering I needed to head back to Canada Monday morning. Bruce was respectful, took the time to explain what was going on,and competitively priced. Total cost of parts and labor: $58.00. I feel safe and have peace of mind. Thank you!!!"
