"We trusted Howard to do an inspection of a boat/motor/trailer we were buying from a "broker" sight unseen. His report was superficial at best, and contained both 'errors' and 'omissions', in spite of us asking him to examine specific items. In addition, he wouldn't let us see the report until we paid him $200.00 over the phone with our Visa. After we picked up the boat and brought it home, we sent him photos of his mistakes but he refuses to respond to us. He was very quick to take our money, but did a very poor job of inspecting our boat package."
