"My husband took his iPhone in here after he dropped it and had the screen replaced. A month later, the screen stopped working and he noticed the corner of the screen was coming up. He called and spoke with someone who said there was not enough glue used and to bring it in. When he arrived yesterday they told him the screen was not going to be warrantied, so he had to pay another $125 a month later for yet another screen. He said the girl he spoke with in the store was extremely rude to him and just made the whole experience a total headache. I think we will be going somewhere else in the future cause this is not good business practice. Spinware, please do better."
"I had them replace my cracked phone screen. When I picked it up, I realized that the fingerprint sensor wasn't working (even though it worked perfectly before I gave it to them), and they were willing to take another look. I returned the next day and they were able to resolve the issue with the sensor and didn't charge me extra, which I appreciated."
"The speaker on my IPhone was very low volume. I took it to one place and was quoted $130 to replace the speaker and would loose some of the phones functions (?).Then went to Spinware. Guy there cleaned crud off the speaker and only charged me $35. Sounds good as new. I took it in 1/3/24, sorry I didn't get his name. Great job!"
