"Called twice to see if they'd install TPMS. First time they said they would install, but might not be able to program. I bought Schrader TPMS to give myself the best chance. Later when the TPMS arrived, I called to verify they could get my car in, and I was told they wouldn’t install if they couldn’t program the TPMS. I then drove in to check and they wouldn't install because I didn't have tires purchased from Costco. The Costco staff very unapologetically stated that they "forgot" to ask before I got there. Garbage service. AFTER I WROTE THIS I realized that the box they gave back to me felt light. I pulled over to check and THEY “FORGOT” TO PUT MY SENSOR BACK IN THE BOX THEY GAVE ME. I turned around and went back in and they, once again unapologetically, gave me back my sensor. Understand; there is no reason not to install TPMS except to be jerks and deny a straightforward service… unless I let them rip me off for an $80 mark up on a mediocre Dil sensor. Never support Albany Costco tire. Worst, most incompetent and unreasonably poor service I have encountered in a tire service center."
"Called to get new tires. They didn’t have the tire I wanted in stock, so they overnighted my tires to the store! The next day I came in for install. It took them 1.5 hours, which isn’t bad seeing how busy they are. I am a satisfied customer"
"The guys here were wonderful! I ended up needing new tires while on a road trip and I was on a crazy time crunch. I didn’t have an appt but they knew how stressed I was and fit me in and got me in and out as fast as possible. Very professional and sweet employees! Thank you!!!!"
"Came for a tire rotation and waited for two hours to find out they didn’t even touch our vehicle and didn’t bother to call us. Going with Jiffy Lube next time."
"They do have good deals on tires and I like that they use nitrogen. BUT if you need flat repair good luck. You will have to wait for hours. I bought my last tires from them. I’m going back to Less Schwab…"
