"Over a year after our appointment and they fixed our car. They called my wife threatening to take us to collections because we did not pay them even though we were told by our insurance it was taken care of. Our insurance had cut us a check to take care of the tires and wheels specifically, nothing about the body damage Caliber fixed. They told us they had recently reached out to our insurance about the money, when we called our insurance they had no record of Caliber reaching out to them recently. They were not truthful, completely disingenuous and treated my wife terrible over the phone. All of this over a year later because they didn't have their stuff together."
