"They were so kind and patient with me when I got the devastating news that I needed a new engine. My car is only 4 years old, (series of unfortunate events) so it was worth fixing, but still the most expensive work needed on a car. However, their price was lower than what I expected for an engine. They never pressured me to hurry up and make a decision about what I wanted to do, allowing me time to process the shock and figure things out. In the end, I had them fix my car. Best. Decision. Ever! Usually mechanics are all business, which is understandable, but they treated me with compassion and understanding. I recommend them to everyone I know who is looking for a mechanic. ❤️"
"This shop is wonderful. They checked out my car when it stranded me on a road trip. Totally honest and helpful. I thought it was a much bigger issue, which many shops would have charged for even though I was wrong. They did a checkout on the vehicle after getting it in to make sure it was all good before I left and sent me on my way. Go to this shop! I'd drive from Portland to know my work is done right and honestly."
"I made an appointment a week in advance before I go out of town, on X date. Well X date rolled around and I go into the shop and they inform me that I was scheduled for the X of the next month. now I'm having to leave town with a janky car that no where else can get in before my dates not to mention the phone call and everything leading up to me coming is was unpleasant. As for the service I never had it in, but the bad customer service is enough for me to not be taking my car in again."
