The initial replacement screen utilized did not work properly due to a manufacturing flaw. They updated me, called around and were able to obtain a new screen that was not in stock same day to make the repair. Given all the extra hoops they had to run through, plus doubling their labor costs, I was not charged an extra dime. Communicative, prompt, and professional."

"Less than a year on from my phone getting the battery replaced, and I had to buy a new battery, because the replacement (which ended up being worse at holding a charge) swelled up and caused the back to come off the phone. They did a fine job replacing the screen of the phone, but the battery was very poor quality. I would not recommend going to them, when there are other places in town that will use better quality, safer replacement products."

"Fantastic for screen replacement! Was able to schedule an appointment online and received a $10 discount. They even offer a 50% discount on your phone battery if you need a new one at the same time. Dropped my phone off to them 1 hour before appointment and they had it ready for me 1 hour after (total 2 hours). Saved me a drive to Portland and about $30 price dif from Apple store. Screen looks brand new! Very happy with the quality of service!!"
