"This creep went through my wife's phone and left himself a 5-star review. We have to get her phone checked and change all of her passwords to make sure he didn't get his hands on anything other than her Google account to give himself a pat on the back. Stay away. This guy should get out of the mall and leave decent businesses to do their work. The kicker? Her phone is still acting up. The screen drags and leaves marks when texting. Certain functions don't work at all anymore. We paid $220 in cash, so we can't dispute the transaction with our bank. Smart. He was clever enough to make sure he still got paid for invading her privacy and shoddy work. I wonder how much this is going to end up costing us in the long run. What say you, creepy phone guy? Did you find any juicy photos? Leave a password stealer in the device? A tracker? We will find out. A real professional is going to be going through her phone. Expect a bill shortly. Have fun with the police!"

"I find it IRONIC that you wanna call everyone who leaves a bad review, a liar. Sounds to me like your company is scamming. Do not trust this company. Watch, they'll make a response to me, just like they do everyone else. Don't waste your money here. This company needs to be out of business."

"Sadly, this place is a scam. Pay attention to the real reviews, not the ones written by family members or that are clearly fake… they won’t fix your phone and won’t stand buy their warranty if it’s fixed for a few days, then breaks again. Save yourself the time and money and DON’T GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY ARE AWFUL. I don’t like to write negative reviews, usually I like to give businesses a chance- but these guys are crooks and don’t deserve to be in business. — I AM a customer- I took my daughter’s phone in to get fixed, (that was supposedly fixed 2 weeks ago and had completely stopped working) and was told the person who fixed it was out of state and I could wait a week for it to be fixed, at which time it would conveniently no longer be under warranty. There was zero effort made to solve the problem or even look at the phone. You take people’s money and don’t fix their problems. If you don’t want bad reviews, stand by your warrant and actually fix the phones. Claiming a warranty is invalid because the person who fixed it is out of state is an unacceptable business practice."

"I took in my son's tablet, due to it not being able to charge. The gentleman looked at it and told me the charging port just need to be cleaned. Cleaned it for me at no charge. He was kind and very helpful."

"Do not support this establishment! My teenage son came in and was quoted $180 after asking him “how much money do you have”? The man who works there saw that he was a child and tried to swindle him! Later that day I came in with the exact same phone and was quoted $140. Our son’s friend came in with the same phone a few days before and got the same repair for $85. He adjusts his prices based off of how much he thinks he can make off a person. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. We ended up going to spinware, an honest phone repair store!"
