"The clinic was great! I brought my senior aged dog who was very sick into Baileys on the weekend, for an emergency visit. They were professional, very informative, and communicative. They gave great care to my dog and helped me to understand her ailments. Dr. Britt Hines was amazing. I'll definitely return anytime I need animal care."

"The staff was friendly, but I don't really care for the vet named Meaghan E. I don't feel that she was thorough at all with my girls. She was nice to them but she basically shrugged off everything I had told her. One of the biggest concerns I had was my dogs teeth which she wrote off as just tartar and plaque. I now need to go get a second opinion because I'm positive there's more to it. I even showed her where she had a cracked tooth and because it wasn't all puss and infected she said there was nothing wrong with it. I also wanted them checked for mites which she immediately without even looking at them wrote it off as fleas and ran a flea comb through one of them very briefly and didn't find anything but scabs which I told her about. Yet no evidence of fleas. Not to mention the prices are absolutely insane. I feel very ripped off. I understand inflation but a $20+ jump in services? Which she also was not truthful about, she said the procedure to have a lump tested was the same one they had did before on my dog but when I looked at the invoice from the first time it was not the same procedure. Drastically inclining prices for declining services is just not worth it. Seems like this vet is more after the money rather than caring for the animals."

"Dr. Downie took great care of our dog and was very patient and thorough in his exam. Also took the time to answer questions and give recommendations. Very appreciative of the Dr. and his excellent staff."

"Had a VERY bad experience today with a kitten first check up. We had to wait a long time in the room- but we were understanding because we know that they get emergencies. The vet Megan came in and after giving our sweet baby boy some treats, he tried to nibble on her finger because he is a tiny baby and still smelled like treats. NOT EXAGGERATING-- she popped him in his tiny face! I was shocked and wondered if it was a accident but then the same thing happened again! I asked her to please not hit him. I was so shocked and me any my daughter are still very upset, hours later. In our opinion, popping a 6 week old kitten in the face is just as Babb as popping a 6 month old baby in the face when it's more even your baby! His nibbles are super sweet and gentle- and the vets fingers had crumbs from yummy treats@ To make it worse- they took him back for blood work and we could actually hear him screaming because their little lab must be right near the door and they have no sound barrier. We were soooo upset! When the vet tech brought him back and and when asked, did confirm that was him screaming. I told her they needed better insulation. She said "that would be nice" so she must get that suggestion a lot. You can also hear the people in the backs conversation and laughter which laughter is great! But it made me remember their laughter in a previous visit when my heart was breaking because I was waiting for the vet to come in and send my other cat to kitty heaven because he was dying from kidney failure. The laughter during that time was horrible. They need to be more aware of what the patients are going through. I had come to bailey's many times when they were not allowing people into the lobby for a absurd amount of time (about a year) for "water damage" and we never had a bad experience- unless they did things like this when owners were not around. I'm hoping that we will never have another experience like this. I'm also hoping they don't feel like they can do whatever they want because no other local vets are taking in patients. I never had experiences like this at previous vets and have NEVER EVER had to listen to my baby screaming in the next room! While their lobby was closed for a year, they should have fixed the sound insulation as well! Makes me worried that if their vets do this in front of parents, what do they do when we can't see! I did tell them we never want to see that vet again but are still posting this honest review to make sure fur baby parents stick up for their babies too. As like I said, she hit him not once but twice."

"Recent improvements to overall experience for an emergency walk in exam. I've used Bailey's emergency services for many years and always received top notch veterinarian care. On my most recent visit I was impressed with the improvements in the check-in and waiting room experience. The support staff and vet techs were fantastic and the overall atmosphere and stress levels of people and pets was markedly better than past visits. Despite this visit being of tragic circumstance and outcome, the entire staff far exceeded my expectations and raised the bar of great service. Thank you."
